Report a problem

Something someone wrote in a shared animal, a person you share with, your data, or the app itself. Tell us what happened. The server cannot read shared records, so please describe what you saw.

If you share an animal with someone and no longer want to, you do not need to wait for us: in the app, open the animal's Profile → Shared care → Stop sharing → Only this phone. Nothing they log reaches your phone after that.

What is stored: your answers above, and the time. Not your IP address, phone or anything else. Reports are read by the app's developer only and deleted once handled, or after 180 days at the latest. Privacy policy.
